Research on worksite wellness is showing time and time again the importance of developing a culture of wellness for employees. To ensure top-talent recruitment and retention, productivity, creativity, and overall satisfaction, wellness must be "the water in which companies swim."

I help young, small companies develop that foundation of wellness over a three to six month period so they don't have to spend time, money, and energy on it later on down the road. If you are a young company with less than 100 employees and are thinking of how to build and expand, this program is for you. 


How it works:

Every company and industry are unique and require different approaches. This is not your average "one size fits all" approach to worksite wellness. It is completely personalized and requires a committed leadership team.

First thing's first. We start by sitting down together for a complementary meeting so that I can learn more about your company, it's values, where you are right now, and where you want to go. If it's a good fit, I then craft an in-depth action plan for you and your company. From there, we decide together the next steps to bringing this action plan to life.
